Precision Medicine Informatics Manager, Computational Biology

Marie is the Precision Medicine Informatics Manager in the Computational Biology group at the Children’s Cancer Institute. Marie leads the bioinformatics engineering team who developed and run the whole genome sequencing analysis pipelines for the Zero Childhood Cancer Program.
Marie develops software databases, and web-based applications to process, store, analyse and visualise precision medicine data, which is critical to the delivery of ZERO and several other international collaborations.
